Shipping Policy 


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. 



International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information.



Return and Refund Policy 

First of all,  “thank you” for purchasing one of our MatchX products! 

MatchX is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 14 calendar days – WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No questions asked! No restocking fees!

All returned items must include all accessories (including power cables, antenna, mounting devices etc.)  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note: we cannot be held responsible for items you purchased from our distributors. Please contact them for any questions regarding Return and Refund policy.



Damage caused by improper voltage

Please note that we will not accept returns on products damaged due to inappropriate power supply. The MatchX gateway is delivered with a matching POE (Input 100-240V; Output 24V). 



Return process

  1. To return an item, please email customer service at and let us know if you need to return the item.
  2. Place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

  1. We pay for the standard return fees and will inspect the item.
  2. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 
  3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you.
  4. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
